Health Empowerment

When the body, mind and soul work in synergy we are afforded the freedom to dream. However, when we meet challenges in this complex cosmic dance we call life, whether its physical, emotional, spiritual or mental, immediately all we dream of is to be at ease again.

In this age of common confusion and the ever-growing distrust in compromised health agencies, we find ourselves having to become our own health authority. Not an easy task in our modern day environment.

We find ourselves repeatedly bombarded with new-age, unregulated technologies, a worldwide parasitic food chain and water that is all but unfit for consumption. To compound the attack on our natural health, our governments absolute surrender to pharmaceutical giants and their power hungry lobbyists would concern anyone who has a smidgeon of care for their own body.

See, the machine spends billions day in, day out, reminding us how insignificant we are. Pushing more fear and doubt in us, until we become utterly reliant on Big Pharma controlled states, whom are heavily responsible for fucking up our world.

Taking full responsibility for our own well-being is unchartered territory for most of us.
Since birth we’ve been told that doctors know more about our bodies than we do.
Doctors who share questionable ties to Big Pharma and the latest toxic drug on the market.

No profit in cure, so they say. There’s never been a truer word spoken.

And yet within this state of health evolution, where we wander through the fog of the unknown, fear nagging at our innate wisdom, is a place where warriors are forged.

So what to do? Time to level up

We must become our own doctor. Dive into the world of natural medicine and support our body’s intrinsic design to heal, no matter what happens. It can be a scary journey. Yet the fear is simply part of the process.

I lay here, tucked up in bed with a castor oil pack strapped to my liver, with these words initiating out of my paradoxical condition, one side deathly fear and the other, immense self‑empowerment.

Sitting with the vulnerability is an experience rich in liberation. To remember such trust in our bodies to heal, is healing itself.

In truth, we are more powerful than we could ever understand.
With great power comes great responsibility.

And right now the responsibility, for each of us, is to our health.
