Gratitude

How do we remain grateful when life is seemingly so challenging?

Many of us are still heavily identified with the voice in our heads which we have mistaken for who we really are.
That voice, much of the time is rich in redundant repetition. A broken record of psychotic soliloquy spinning into our everyday lives. Often positioning itself as a victim.

The reminiscence of regret, the recycling resentment, the “poor me” narrative – one could argue the human mind has been turned in on itself.

The mind deals in stories, thoughts, ideas. The mind can only comprehend ‘gratitude’ from a cognitive perspective, which is going sideways at best.

To truly recognise gratitude on a cellular level, we must first connect with our being. We do so with breath.

Sounds simple I know.

To rehearse breath is to become the master of existence.

Once connected with the body, we can effortlessly beckon gratitude.
For breath itself is a celebration of gratitude.

From here, we journey deeper into the cosmic conception which gifted us our unique being.

The stars danced, love rained - and we were born.

Crafted from celestial fire, into our own distinctive vessel, and yet, sewn together as part of the great tapestry of the one.

It is easy to forget we are a physical representation of it all.

There are no mistakes here. No coincidences.
You are living, breathing Starfire.

Be grateful for the breath in your lungs.

The bravery of your beating heart.

For the profound and poetic perspective of those who see.

Who feel the fire of the one flowing through their veins.

Who know they are here, right now, as a beacon of light in a world in grave transition.

Start here.

In the inherent knowing, you are whole.

And each breath you draw, is one of gratitude for life.

Join us at MYGA this coming Sunday, where we'll be talking Loneliness. See you there ❤️
