TruthWorks is a live video call over Zoom, open to all our subscribers.
During each session:
• A volunteer takes the “hot seat” for a focused, 1‑on‑1 conversation.
• The rest of the group participates silently — cameras off — growing through observation.
• You witness real inner-work happen, with honesty, rawness and clarity.
• No performances. No facade. Just real people, doing real work on themselves.
This is how inner transformation becomes visible — so you can recognise, learn, reflect, and ultimately reclaim your truth.

Firstly, thank you!
Thank you to everyone who has shown up, shared their stories, sat in the hot seat, listened, supported, and helped create such a genuine and courageous space. Week after week, we're reminded that there is something incredibly powerful about people coming together in honesty, rawness, and compassion.
Over the summer, we'll be taking some time to rest, reflect, and prepare for the next chapter of TruthWorks. That said, there's a good chance we'll host one or two special sessions before we return to our regular schedule, so keep an eye on your inbox for any announcements.

Many attendees of our previous platform, The Hearing Heart, expressed an interest in receiving recordings of their sessions — to revisit key insights and reflect more deeply on their experience. Given the deeply personal nature of TruthWorks, your privacy remains our top priority.
Nothing from TruthWorks will be shared publicly without explicit consent from the person in the hot seat:
• Before sharing any content — whether clips, reels, audio-only, or long-format recordings — we will always ask for permission.
• If you are the person sharing in TruthWorks and do not wish to be recorded, simply let us know before or during the session, and we will stop recording.
• TruthWorks will remain a safe, supportive space where your comfort always comes first.
