Course includes
1-1 Zoom sessions with Danny
An individual “life tailor” session (60-90 minutes, start of course).
An individual “moving forward” session (60-90 minutes, end of course).
Weekly group sessions
Held over Zoom - Join live on Mondays from 6pm (BST) / 7pm (CEST), or watch back in your own time with supplied recordings.
Guided Silence
Weekly MP3 track supplied, complimenting and supporting each subject.
