What is The Hearing Heart?
We know how challenging this ‘Great Awakening’ can be for everyone.
At The Hearing Heart (THH), we believe shared experiences and the unconditional presence of a ‘hearing heart’ can empower those struggling to reclaim their autonomy in a compassionate, confidential setting.
Our THH open-group sessions take place over Zoom each Thursday at 6pm (GMT) / 7pm (CET). THH offers non-judgmental support, with one brave soul sharing their story during each session. Together, we explore, seek insights, and find healing that uplifts us all.
We also offer private one-to-one THH sessions. Please get in touch via the button below if that feels a better fit for you.

Our THH sessions may be recorded.
Many attendees of THH have expressed an interest in receiving recordings of their sessions — to revisit key insights and reflect more deeply on their experience. Given the deeply personal nature of THH, your privacy remains our top priority.
Nothing from THH will be shared publicly without explicit consent from the person in the hot seat:
• Before sharing any content — whether clips, reels, audio-only, or long-format recordings — we will always ask for permission.
• If you are the person sharing in THH and do not wish to be recorded, simply let us know before or during the session, and we will stop recording.
• THH will remain a safe, supportive space where your comfort always comes first.
Trust, integrity, and authenticity remain at the heart of everything we do. We'll remain committed to honouring these values and handling any content from our recordings responsibly and respectfully.
